The option of pre-ordering iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus over the Internet does not seem to be enough for Apple fans in India as they waited in line – some for several hours – outside retail stores across the country on Friday evening to get their hands on the swanky new smartphones.
Unlike previous years, when sales used to start at midnight, Apple this year started selling its new iPhone models at 7pm in India. But like every year, fans lined up and waited for several hours outside the stores to buy the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Many early buyers had placed offline pre-orders for the smartphones in order to be among the first to get their hands on the newest Apple gadgets.

However, some people who had not placed pre-orders were apparently turned away by stores.
And they have asked people who haven't pre-ordered to go back
