Apple has confirmed the official India launch price for the
iPhone 5s and
iPhone 5c.
iPhone 5s will be available for Rs. 53,500 for the 16GB model, Rs. 62,500 for the 32GB model and Rs. 71,500 for the 64GB model. iPhone 5c will be available for Rs. 41,900 for the 16GB model and Rs. 53,500 for the 32GB model. All prices are inclusive of all taxes.
iPhone 5s will be available in Gold, Silver (White) and Space Grey (Black), while the iPhone 5c will be available in Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow and White colour options. Both phones will go on sale in India on November 1.
Earlier, the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c India launch
price was revealed by mobile operator RCom, which also confirmed it will be offering Apple's new iPhones in the country starting November 1. Airtel will also be offering the new iPhones to its customers.
Apple also confirmed that iPhone 5s cases will be available in Beige, Black, Blue, Brown, Yellow and Red colours for a maximum retail price of Rs. 3,200 and iPhone 5c cases will come in Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow, Black and White for a maximum retail price of Rs. 2,300.
iPhone 5s comes with the Apple-designed A7 64-bit chip, all-new 8 megapixel iSight camera with True Tone flash and Touch ID fingerprint sensor. iPhone 5c features an all-new design, comes in multiple colours and packs internals almost identical to the iPhone 5.
iPhone 5s and 5c will be available on Friday, October 25 in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, French West Indies, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Island, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.
iPhone 5s and 5c will also be available on Friday, November 1 in Albania, Armenia, Bahrain, Colombia, El Salvador, Guam, Guatemala, India, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE.
