Intex has introduced its new budget Cloud Style 4G smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 5,799, the new Intex Cloud Style 4G is now listed on the company's site. We can expect the handset to soon go on sale in the country. The smartphone will be available in Champagne and Grey colours.
The Intex Cloud Style 4G, as the name suggests, supports 4G VoLTE connectivity with FDD Band 3 and 5 as well as TDD Band 40 compatibility. The smartphone should work with Jio network. It features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display with a pixel density of 196ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. The dual-SIM device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash while there is a 5-megapixel front camera on board as well. The handset packs 8GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB). It is backed by a 2500mAh removable battery which is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of standby time. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It measures 145x73x8.8mm and weighs 140 grams.
Intex last month unveiled Aqua Classic 2 smartphone in India at Rs. 4,600, and it went on sale across major retail outlets in India. To refresh on the specifications, the Intex Aqua Classic 2 features a 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) display; a 1.2GHz quad-core processor; 1GB of RAM; 8GB of inbuilt storage; expandable storage via a microSD slot (up to 32GB); 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash; 5-megapixel front camera; 4G LTE support, and a 2200mAh battery.
