Both the Intex smartphones run Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box and come with dual-SIM support. The Intex Cloud 3G Candy and Cloud 3G Gem come with a lot of identical innards.
Both smartphones feature 4-inch displays with 480x800 pixels resolution. Both are powered by 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum processors. The Intex Cloud 3G Candy however packs a SC7715 SoC coupled with 256MB of RAM while the Cloud 3G Gem includes SC7731G SoC with 512MB of RAM. The Intex Cloud 3G Candy and Cloud 3G Gem sports a 2-megapixel rear and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera is accompanied by an LED flash. Both the handsets support expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB). Both feature 4-inch displays with a screen resolution of 480x800 pixels.
The Intex Cloud 3G Candy and Cloud 3G Gem (seen above) both pack 1400mAh removable batteries, rated to deliver a talk time of up to 6 hours and a standby time of up to 350 hours.
The smartphones also differ in dimension with the Cloud 3G Candy measuring 122.5x63.3x10.1mm, and the Cloud 3G Gem measuring with 125.2x63.3x10mm. Both the handsets support 3G on one SIM and 2G on another. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi, and GPRS/ EDGE.
Both the Intex Cloud 3G Candy and Cloud 3G Gem will be available in Black, Champagne, and Silver colours.
