The company has listed both the new Intex Aqua-series smartphones on its website; however, there is no official word yet about the availability of these handsets.

Both the Intex Aqua Life and Intex Aqua Life II smartphones share some common specifications. Both the Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based smartphones come with dual-SIM support and feature 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) displays. Both pack 2000mAh batteries.
Both the new budget smartphones also support 3G connectivity, one of the highlights of the handsets at the price point. Apart from 3G, other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB.
There are few differences however, such as the Aqua Life being backed by a quad-core MediaTek (MT6582V/X) processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM, while the Aqua Life II (see above) is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Aqua Life includes 4GB of built-in storage while the Aqua Life II packs 8GB inbuilt storage. Both smartphones support expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Another notable difference between the two budget Intex handsets is in the camera department - the Aqua Life sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera, and the Aqua Life II comes with 5-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Aqua Life measures 134x68.2x9.9mm, and will be available in Black, White, and Blue colours. The Aqua Life II, on the other hand, will be available in White and Orange, Black and blue, and Blue colour variants while measures 144x71.2x9.1mm.
