The new Intex handset has been listed at the company's website. While there are no official availability details for the Aqua Dream II, we expect that the company will announce it in the coming days.

The Intex Aqua Dream II comes with a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display. It supports dual-SIM (3G+2G) and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage that's further expandable via microSD (up to 32GB).
The smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and also sports a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The Intex Aqua Dream II packs HDR, automatic scene, Panorama, continuous shots, colour effect, and freeze frame display features. It packs a 2300mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby time.
The Aqua Dream II includes connectivity options such as 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. It measures 157x79x7.9mm and weighs 171 grams. The smartphone will be available in Black, Champagne, and Silver colours.
The company earlier this month launched its third 4G-enabled smartphone, the Intex Cloud 4G Star, priced at Rs. 7,299. The dual-SIM based Intex Cloud 4G Star runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
Other specifications include a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display; 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735) processor; 2GB of RAM; 16GB of inbuilt storage; further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB); 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash; 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2300mAh battery.
