The Aqua 4.5 Pro smartphone features a 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) TFT display, with a pixel density of 294ppi. The official listing says that the smartphone sports a screen-to-body ratio of 62 percent. The dual-SIM Aqua 4.5 Pro smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
It sports a 2-megapixel autofocus rear camera with dual-LED flash, and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 1GB of RAM. It packs 8GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Backed by a 1500mAh battery, the handset offers up to 6 hours of talk-time and up to 300 hours of standby time. Connectivity options of the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS. It comes preloaded with some apps such as Matrabhasa, 360 Security, OLX, Freecharge, Saavn, Newshunt, Opera mini, Follo, Hike and Messenger.
Intex earlier this week unveiled its Aqua G2 smartphone in India at Rs. 1,990 and said that it is targeted at first time smartphone buyers. The Aqua G2 features 2G connectivity and comes with a 2.8-inch TFT display with a screen resolution of 240x320 pixels. The smartphone runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and supports dual-SIMs. The device packs an 1100mAh battery.
