Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite are all set to go on sale in India as Amazon.in has now updated its listing page to reflect the first Early Access sale of the Huawei P20 series that will go live at 12pm on May 2. This sale will make the P20 Pro and P20 Lite available for purchase exclusively for Prime members. There is currently no update on when non-Prime users will be able to purchase any of the two smartphones. To recall, Huawei's latest flagship range is exclusive to Amazon in India. The P20 Pro is priced at Rs. 64,999, while the P20 Lite bears a price tag of Rs. 19,999 in the country.
As for offers, Axis Bank credit/ debit card holders can avail an instant discount of Rs. 5,000 on purchase of the P20 Pro and a discount of Rs. 1,500 on purchase of the Huawei P20 Lite. The offer is valid on purchase of one phone per card, and is applicable from May 2-7. Apart from that, Vodafone prepaid/ postpaid users can avail up to 100GB of free data, and the phones can be bought using no-cost EMI options and exchange offers with up to Rs. 6,000 off.
The dual-SIM Huawei P20 Pro sports a 6.1-inch full-HD+ (1080x2240 pixels) OLED FullView display. It is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.
The camera department is where the P20 Pro gets wild. It sports a unique triple camera setup - with an 8-megapixel sensor that gets 3x optical zoom, a 40-megapixel RGB sensor, and a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor. The smartphone sports a 24.8-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calling. There is a 4000mAh battery under the hood.
With EMUI 8.0 - on top of Android 8.0 Oreo - at the helm of both smartphones, the P20 Lite sports a 5.84-inch full-HD+ (1080x2280 pixels) FullView display with an 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by an in-house HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.
As for camera specifications, the P20 Lite has a dual camera setup on the rear - with a 16-megapixel primary f/2.2 sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, however, there is a 24-megapixel front sensor with support for AR-based stickers. The phone has a non-removable 3000mAh battery.
