The smartphone also offers a number of image editing effects, as reported by Gizmo China. The front-facing camera is said to bear a 5-megapixel sensor for video chatting and other purposes.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus is powered by an octa-core Kirin 925 processor with Mali T628 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The Huawei's own Kirin 925 processor also offers Cat. 6 LTE connectivity at 300Mbps. Some of the features shared between both the handsets are the full-HD resolution display, 3GB of RAM, and the 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The Honor 6 however runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box with the older Emotion UI 2.3. Besides a smaller 5-inch screen, the smartphone runs on an octa-core Silicon Kirin 920 processor.
