HTC has launched a new smartphone, the HTC Explorer in India which comes with data plans from Vodafone.  

HTC Explorer will run on Android's Gingerbread OS. It features a 3.2 inch HVGA display, 3 MP camera and has internal storage of 512 MB. The HTC Explorer also features the HTC Sense User Interface.The device will feature in-built apps which includes NDTV News, NDTV Cricket, Bollywood Hungama, HTC Flashlight and Saavn to name a few.

The HTC Explorer will be available in India by October 2011 and will feature replaceable back covers in colours like metallic blue, orange, white and purple.
