The online tech blog also mentioned that apart from a sequel to the One X, the Taiwanese manufacturer is rumoured to be working on another 5-inch full HD smartphone, likely to compete with Samsung's Galaxy Note 2.

More details regarding the HTC One X+ are likely to surface at a press event hosted by HTC on September 19 in New York. Apart from this, the company is also expected to launch two new tablets at the event.
