The device comes with a dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor which isn't surprising as the company had earlier announced that select markets will be getting the S3 instead of the 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.
The smartphone also sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touch display with qHD resolution and a pixel density of 256ppi. It runs on Android 4.0, has 1GB RAM and 16GB of in-built memory. Unfortunately, there's no microSD card slot for storage expansion which is shocking to say the least. There's an 8MP auto focus camera at the rear with LED flash and it captures videos in 1080p at 30fps. There's a front facing VGA camera as well.
The One S comes with a standard 1650mAh Li-Po battery and has Beats audio integration like most HTC smartphones. Other features include Stereo FM, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
