Just a day after the leaked press shot, HTC has officially unveiled Desire C Android smartphone. This entry-level device will reach European shores sometime this month for 200 euros (around Rs. 13,800).

Desire C runs on latest version of Android - Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense 4.0 on top of it. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 600MHz processor with 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone also comes with Beats Audio integration. It is the fifth smartphone to come with the Desire moniker, other four being original Desire, Desire HD, Desire Z, and Desire S.

Other features of the smartphone include 3.5-inch HVGA display with 320x480 resolution, 4GB of internal storage, and five-megapixel camera with LED flash. Company has revealed that there will be an NFC variant of the smartphone.

There is no word on the India pricing or availability right now.
