Both the single-SIM and dual-SIM Desire 826 feature identical specifications except that the latter comes with dual-SIM support while the former just includes one SIM slot.
For specifications, the HTC Desire 826 Dual SIM runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI skinned on top and features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display.

It is powered by an octa-core (1.5GHz quad-core and 1.0GHz quad-core) 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It sports a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) rear camera with 28mm lens, BSI sensor, and LED flash. There is a 4-UltraPixel front camera also on board. The 16GB of inbuilt storage on Desire 826 is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).
Connectivity options on the Desire 826 Dual SIM smartphone include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The handset is backed by a 2600mAh battery. Much like some recently launched HTC smartphones, the Desire 826 also supports HTC's Dot View cases. It will be available in Blue Lagoon and White Birch colours. For music lovers, the Desire 826 Dual SIM sports dual front-facing stereo speakers powered by Dolby Audio.
The Taiwanese company on Wednesday launched the One ME Dual SIM in India at Rs. 40,500. The smartphone would hit the shelves by the end of this month in Meteor Grey and Classic Rose Gold colour variants. The HTC One ME Dual SIM is that it is backed by the 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 processor, a highlight of the smartphone.
