The HTC smartphones that have been launched so far in the year include HTC One X, HTC One S, HTC One V, Desire C and Desire V.
It is noteworthy that HTC had indicated that it will be bringing full Indian language support when it had launched HTC Explorer is Q4 2011 and it has finally acted on that promise now.
Additionally, HTC also plans to add support for fourth language, Bengali, on selected applications available on Google Play.
All the existing HTC One series and Desire series of smartphones will be getting a software update soon that will add the reading and writing capability for Hindi, Tamil and Marathi languages. While Bengali language viewing capability will be available from August 2012.
