GSM Arena reports that the Elife S5.5 Android 4.4.2 update is 865MB in size and brings a number of additions to the handset. The site has also listed changelog of the Android KitKat update for the Elife S5.5, which might not be an official changelog of the update.
According to the site, the biggest addition to the Gionee Elife S5.5 will be the new KitKat OS, which is supplemented by new desktop layout; added Du speed booster (for faster operations); new UI design of the Amigo Paper; upgraded Game Zone with new UI design; upgraded GioneeXender for optimised performance, and removal of the world cricket championship.
