Celkon Millennia Octa510 With 5-Inch HD Display Available Online at Rs. 8,990

Celkon has introduced the Millennia Octa510 smartphone, listing it on its site. The Celkon Millennia Octa510 is also available via an e-commerce website, priced at Rs. 8,990. So far there is no official announcement from Celkon.

The Celkon Millennia Octa510 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 5-inch HD IPS OGS display and is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6592M) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Celkon Millennia Octa510 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, while there is a secondary 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera.

On the connectivity front, the Celkon Millennia Octa510 offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The smartphone packs a 2000mAh battery and is available in Black colour variant. It measures 143.5x71x9.1mm and weighs 136 grams. The Celkon Millennia Octa510 also features preloaded apps like HotKnot (MediaTek's NFC-like solution). Currently, the smartphone is available to buy via eBay India.

Last week, Celkon's budget Campus-series smartphone, the Campus A400, went on sale via an e-commerce website, priced at Rs. 2,999.

The Celkon Campus A400 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch (480x800 pixels) WVGA IPS display; a 1GHz dual-core Spreadtrum (SC7715) processor; 256MB of RAM; 512MB of inbuilt storage; expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB); a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash; a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera; 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The smartphone packs a 1400mAh battery.
