Android 4.3, White Google Nexus 4 coming June 10: Report
While Google did not announce any new Nexus devices during the Google I/O keynote session, it looks like it's silently going to launch a White colour variant of the Nexus 4 that would run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

According to a report by Android and Me the White Nexus 4 would start selling on the Google Play Store on June 10th and it would run Android 4.3, the next iteration of Google's mobile operating system. Hardware wise there's nothing different in the new variant of the Nexus 4 barring the colour of its casing, as per the site. The White variant of the phone had first appeared online in January.

While Google was expected to announce Android 4.3 during the Google I/O keynote, it chose to skip the announcement and instead made a slew of service and developer related announcements including new features for Google+, the Hangouts unified messaging app, updated Maps, Google Play for Education, a music streaming service, and updated Search among others. It did announce a new bootloader and SIM unlocked variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4 that runs stock Android and would be available at a price of $649 (Rs. 35,500 approximately) before taxes and shipping starting June 26. The phone will receive timely updates  directly from Google, just like the Nexus phones and offer the same experience, so in a way it did make a hardware related announcement.

The Google Nexus 4 was first announced in October 2012 and went on sale on November 13, 2012. It boasts a 4.7-inch screen with 768x1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 2GB RAM and runs Android 4.2 (Jelly  Bean). It comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front camera and a 2,100mAh battery. It's worthwhile to point out that the Nexus 4 doesn't feature a microSD slot or expandable storage of any other kind.

The phone's launch in India was officially announced just a day back by Google and LG. It will be sold at an MRP of Rs. 25,999 and pre-orders are open on ecommerce sites such as Flipkart.
