Amazon Diwali Sale Offers on Mobile Phones, TVs, Laptops and More Revealed

Amazon India has announced a bunch of offers it will be providing during its Diwali sale a day before the sale is scheduled to begin. The company will be giving customers discounts on usual suspects like mobile phones, laptops, TVs, consumer durables, fashion, sports and fitness, personal care, and beauty. Deals will be provided on Amazon products such as Echo, Kindle, Fire TV Stick, and gift cards as well. Apart from the flat discounts on products, you can look forward to cashbacks, exchange discounts, no cost EMIs etc in the sale, which starts on October 14 and runs till October 17. Here’s a look at the Amazon sale offers and deals revealed by the company so far.

Amazon sale offers on mobile phones

Diving head-first into the smartphone category, Amazon sale offers on mobiles include deals on 160 handsets, with discounts up to 40 percent. Among smartphones on offer will be handsets by top brands such as Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Moto, LG, Sony, and Panasonic. Nokia 8, HMD Global’s first flagship smartphone, will go on sale for the first time in the Amazon sale too on October 14.

Amazon sale deals on TVs, laptops, and other electronics

TVs too will see discounts of up to 20 percent in the sale, with 30 percent on televisions by brands such as Samsung, Sony, LG, and Panasonic. Amazon will provide cashback of up to Rs. 10,000 on buying Sony 4K televisions using Amazon Pay, 32-inch smart TVs will start at Rs. 14,990, and 32-inch TVs without smart functions will be available at Rs. 9,990. The company says there will over a 100 products available exclusively on its platform in the sale period in electronics, including the BPL 43-inch and 49-inch smart TVs. There will be exchange offers on televisions, with minimum Rs. 500 off on exchanging an old CRT TV, and minimum Rs. 2,000 exchange discount on LED TVs of any size.

Up to Rs. 15,000 off will be provided on laptops, with exchange discounts and no cost EMIs. Talking about other electronics, you will get up to 60 percent off on headphones and speakers (including 40 percent off Bose QC 25), up to 55 percent off and no cost EMIs on cameras and accessories, and up to 60 percent off on storage devices. On tablets, there are discounts of up to 45 percent, with exchange offers, up to 40 percent on wearables (range starting at Rs. 1,300, 33 percent discount on Fitbit Charge 2 and Fitbit Alta HR), and up to 60 percent on AmazonBasics accessories. There will be discounts of up to 30 percent on air purifiers (39 percent off on Honeywell Air Touch air purifier, Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier at Rs. 8,499).

As for other Amazon products, the Fire TV Stick will see its price slashed by Rs. 500 (additional Rs. 499 cashback for Prime users), while Kindle e-readers will have discounts of up to Rs. 4,500. Kindle buyers who purchase the device cover also will get additional promotional content worth Rs. 500 on Kindle, and Rs. 2,000 on Paperwhite; the Kindle devices will be available at no cost EMIs too. Popular Kindle ebooks will be cheaper by up to 75 percent during the Amazon sale, and the annual Kindle Unlimited subscription plan will be available for Rs. 1,499 (regular price Rs. 2,388), while Prime customers will also get Rs. 100 cashback with the subscription service.

To make these deals sweeter, the Amazon sale will provide 10 percent cashback (maximum up to Rs. 500) payments made via Amazon Pay. Those who make purchases using SBI debit or credit cards will get 10 percent cashback as well (minimum purchase value Rs. 3,000, maximum cashback Rs. 2,000). Amazon will provide app-only Golden Hour Deals between 8pm and midnight each day, along with half-price store and Min. Rs. 15,000 Off store in the sale.
