Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011.
Motorola's latest mobile launch is the Moto G57. The mobile was launched in 5th November 2025. The phone comes with a 6.72-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2400 pixels at a PPI of 391 pixels per inch. The Moto G57 is powered by octa-core it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Moto G57 packs a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Moto G57 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 5200mAh. It measures 66.23 x 76.50 x 8.60 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 210.00 grams. The Moto G57 is a dual SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and eSIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor.
