Motorola Mobility was established in 2011 following the split of Motorola into two companies, with Motorola Solutions catering to the enterprise segment. Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011. Motorola's latest mobile launch is the Moto G06 Power. The mobile was launched in 5th September 2025. The phone comes with a 6.88-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1640 pixels. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Moto G06 Power packs a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel (f/2.0) front shooter for selfies. The Moto G06 Power runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7000mAh non removable battery. It measures 171.35 x 77.50 x 8.82 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 220.00 grams. The Moto G06 Power is a dual SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
