For one, it enhances your overall reading experience by reducing the screen glare which you normally get exposed to while reading on a smartphone, tablet or a laptop. It's probably the next best thing to printed books. The 4GB in-built space ensures you can keep a large number of books on your Kindle Paperwhite. Amazon also sells Kindle e-books at a relatively cheaper price compared to their print variants.
