iPhone 6 Plus, Galaxy Note Edge, Xperia Z Ultra, Apple TV, and More Tech Deals

This week we have the Apple TV at a discounted price, a new FHD LED monitor for gamers, a big-screen smartphone, deep discounts on Apple and Samsung smartphones, and a whole lot more.

1. Discount on Apple TV

Apple TV (3rd generation) is now available at an all-time low price of Rs. 5,499 (boxed MRP Rs. 5,900) on Snapdeal this week. Apple has had recently reduced the price of the latest variant of the Apple TV to Rs. 5,900, following a price cut in the US. Apple TV allows users to hook up their iPhones and iPads with their big-screen TV. You can connect the tiny set-top box with your TV using an HDMI port, and then wirelessly stream content from the internet or from your mobile devices like an iPhone or an iPad to the TV via Apple TV. In India you can stream content from online services like YouTube and Vimeo. At its current price, the Apple TV is a great buy if you're already invested in the Apple multimedia content ecosystem.

2. BenQ XL2411Z 24-inch LED gaming monitor

Looking for a new display for gaming? The BenQ XL2411Z 24-inch LED monitor is now available at a discounted price of Rs. 21,800 (MRP Rs. 30,000). The same monitor normally retails for around Rs. 23,000 and upwards on most online marketplaces. The BenQ XL2411Z promises a low blue light that ensures less strain on your eyes, and extra clarity using reduced motion blur. The monitor comes with several preset calibrations that suit most gaming environments. The BenQ XL2411Z 24-inch monitor features a native resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. On the connectivity side, the monitor comes with a DVI, VGA and an HDMI port.

3. Sony Xperia Z Ultra

If you're in the market for a really big phone priced below the Rs. 20,000 price point, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra is now available for as low as Rs. 17,599 on Amazon. The phone normally retails for around Rs. 18,500-19,500 online. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra features a massive 6.4-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The smartphone comes with an 8MP primary camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, and is powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor supported by 2GB of RAM. The smartphone has an internal memory of 16GB, expandable using a memory card up to 64GB.

4. JBL Onstage Micro 2 portable speaker

Put your old iPhone or the iPod Touch to use using this JBL Onstage Micro speaker dock. This little speaker is now available at a low price of Rs. 899 (MRP Rs. 4,990). The compact speaker from JBL comes with touch controls and an IR remote control as well. It can charge your iPod or the iPhone while it's docked in. You can even use an auxiliary input to these speakers for playing music, making these a pretty decent deal at a sub Rs. 1,000 price point. The JBL Onstage Micro runs on both AC power as well as battery.

5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

Snapdeal has reduced the price on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 P601 tablet down to Rs. 37,829 (MRP Rs. 69,430), the lowest we've seen recently. The P601 tablet features a 10.1-inch display and is powered by a 1.9GHz Exynos quad-core processor supported by 3GB of RAM. The tablet comes with an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera for video calls. The P601 tablet comes with 32GB of internal memory that can be expanded by another 64GB using external memory cards. The tablet runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.

6. Up to Rs. 10,000 cashback on Apple and Samsung smartphones at Paytm

Paytm is offering a cashback promotion on select Apple and Samsung smartphones, with cashback amounts up to Rs. 10,000 per device. You can grab the Apple iPhone 6 Plus 126GB for an effective price of Rs. 69,819 (MRP Rs. 80,500), Samsung Galaxy Note Edge for Rs. 58,000 (MRP Rs. 67,999), iPhone 5s 16GB for Rs. 33,963 (MRP Rs. 44,500), and more. There are a number of smartphones from other manufacturers with discounts ranging from 15-20% as well. The cashback offers on Apple and Samsung smartphones are worth it if you don't mind cash in your Paytm wallet. You can use it to pay your bills, pay for Uber and other websites, and even buy other items on Paytm.

Croma is selling the Logitech Z443 multimedia speakers on eBay at an all-time low price of Rs. 1,999. These speakers are normally available for around Rs. 2,500 and above on most online marketplaces. You can bundle this deal with cashback offers from PayU or Paytm (valid on select cards only) to get an additional discount of around Rs. 50. The Logitech Z443 speakers feature a 110W power peak rating, and come in wooden enclosures. They ship with two 3-inch satellite speakers and a 5.25-inch subwoofer. At this price, these speakers offer a great value for money.
