Our recently concluded Best AI and Camera Phone Survey 2024 revealed that Motorola is making significant strides in the smartphone market as AI-powered cameras transform the way most users capture and share their photos. But what do Indian smartphone users truly seek from their camera phones in 2024?

The survey included over 4,100 smartphone users, and unveiled some unexpected trends in the market. While Samsung continues to dominate with around 25 percent of current users, Motorola has emerged as a strong contender, claiming the third position with a 13.7 percent market share, just behind Vivo's 18.3 percent.

A growing number of people are considering Motorola smartphones, according to the survey results. The iconic smartphone brand has risen to second place with 16.4 percent of potential buyers, only behind Samsung's 20.3 percent. This increase indicates that Motorola's recent emphasis on camera innovation seems to be resonating with Indian consumers.
