Elephone is a Chinese smartphone brand located in Shenzhen. The company was founded in 2006 and deals in Android smartphones. It claims to have over 1,000 employees and an annual sales volume of over 10 million units. Although the brand is from China, it says its products are sold across the world, including in North and South America, West Asia, and India. Elephone's latest mobile launch is the Vowney. The mobile was launched in September 2015. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 535 pixels per inch.
The Elephone Vowney is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Elephone Vowney packs a 20.7-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Elephone Vowney runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 4200mAh removable battery. It measures 155.00 x 76.00 x 8.90 (height x width x thickness) .
The Elephone Vowney is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Micro-SIM and Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
