Black Shark is a Xiaomi-backed gaming smartphone and accessories maker, based out of Shenzhen, China. It has a presence in China, Europe, and South Asia. The company first made headlines with the launch of the Black Shark smartphone in 2018, and since then, has launched the Black Shark Helo and Black Shark 2 gaming smartphones. It first entered India in May 2019, with the Black Shark 2 launch.

Black Shark's latest mobile launch is the 5 Pro. The mobile was launched in 30th March 2022. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 1,080 pixels by 2,400 pixels.

It comes with 8GB, 12GB, 16GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB, 512GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the Black Shark 5 Pro packs a 108-megapixel (f/1.75) + 13-megapixel (f/2.4) + 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Black Shark 5 Pro is powered by a 4,650mAh. It measures 163.86 x 76.53 x 9.50 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 220.00 grams.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and NFC. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope and Barometer.
