ASUSTeK Computer Inc., known as ASUS, is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics company was founded in 1989 in Taiwan. ASUS is one of the world's largest computer hardware companies. Its products include desktops, PC peripherals, laptops, smartphones, tablets and hybrid devices. The company has made Android phones powered by Intel and Qualcomm SoCs. Asus's latest mobile launch is the 8z. The mobile was launched in 28th February 2022. The phone comes with a 5.90-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2400 pixels at a PPI of 445 pixels per inch.

The Asus 8z is powered by 2.84GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the Asus 8z packs a 64-megapixel (f/1.8, 0.8-micron) + 12-megapixel (f/2.2, 1.4-micron) primary camera on the rear and a 12-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Asus 8z runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4000mAh. It measures 148.00 x 68.50 x 8.90 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 169.00 grams.

The Asus 8z is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
