ASUSTeK Computer Inc., known as ASUS, is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics company was founded in 1989 in Taiwan. ASUS is one of the world's largest computer hardware companies. Its products include desktops, PC peripherals, laptops, smartphones, tablets and hybrid devices. The company has made Android phones powered by Intel and Qualcomm SoCs. Asus's latest mobile launch is the ROG Phone 9. The mobile was launched in 19th November 2024. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2400 pixels by 1080 pixels. The Asus ROG Phone 9 is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and it comes with 16GB of RAM. The phone packs 512GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Asus ROG Phone 9 packs a 50-megapixel (f/F1.9) + 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel (f/f/2.4) front shooter for selfies. The Asus ROG Phone 9 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5800mAh non removable battery. It measures 163.80 x 77.00 x 8.90 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 227.00 grams. The Asus ROG Phone 9 is a dual SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi Direct and Active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
