Xiaomi is a privately owned company that designs, develops, and sells smartphones, an Android-based OS, and other consumer electronics. Xiaomi also makes fitness trackers, TVs, air purifiers, and tablets. It has a skin for its Android phones and tablets – MIUI. The company largely sells its phones via flash sales in India. Xiaomi's latest mobile launch is the Redmi 17C. The mobile was launched in 23rd June 2026. The phone comes with a 6.88-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1600 pixels. The Redmi 17C is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi 17C packs a 13-megapixel + Unspecified primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Redmi 17C runs Android 16 and is powered by a 5160mAh non removable battery. It measures 171.88 x 77.80 x 8.22 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 206.00 grams. The Redmi 17C is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, Active 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
