I bought this washing machine for New Year. Packing and delivery was excellent. Washing clothes for past 5 days, washing quality is good. This product has 5 years warranty with stainless steel drum.

Product parts missing bottom cover and detergent tray

The perfect example of value for money. At this price it has a steel tub and metal body, which is quite fabulous. Also the icing on the cake is the 5 years of warranty

using it for 5 months now, 0 problem, simple and to the point washing machine, after using this fully automatic washing machine, i am not going for any other washing machine now. if you want dozens of modes and buttons, this is not the one for you, i need to use just 2 buttons, power and start, and everything else is automatic. go for it, you wont' regret it.make sure you get the installation done from them, as they made a few adjustments which i might not have been able to dostand is extra, you better buy it outside for 4-600, they sell it for 1250/-power plug is large, and most of the people dont' have power plug in washing areas, so it will be removed and a smaller plug installed.power cable is small. very good for small families or bachelors.there is no detergent bucket inside the machine, so you have to put the detergent in at time of putting clothes.

It's a good product available at a really good price. No problems as of now.

When I was looking for a new affordable washing machine, I came across Mitashi and was a little skeptical about it, but after using it for many days I can say that this product is second to none. It has different modes for different purposes as well as ability to adjust water levels.

I like this product

Mitashi 5.8kg Fully Automatic washing is worth value for money product. Exterior look is just super as the color is as professional as the cars'. Stainless steel drum is an added attraction. Compact in size but sufficient for the family of 3-4. Even its capacity is 5.8Kg it can hold the laundry upto 6.5kg-capacity machine (as i hv used it for abt a week). Control panel is simple, easy to operate. Very little or almost no noise as my 6-month-old can sleep in swing just beside the machine while its running. The best thing is it came with 2 yr warranty and 5 yr motor warranty. Overall, more pros than cons.
