It is of good quality product and the installation is awesome. Cooling is also good for my kid and parents and its power saving feature is effective. Installation guys came after 2 days of the delivery of the product. They had good knowledge about the installation so I am happy that they worked nicely. Product is also working good and came in nice and safe packaging.

AC has all good features as mentioned on Amazon. It looks nice and compact. All functions are working properly and it cools my small (10.5' x 10.25') bedroom well. Very good and fast delivery by Amazon as usual. Bit disappointed as installation charges are little on higher side. Installation team did not do very good job so copper duct shows all over the wall that gives an ugly look to AC. Thinking about getting it redone.

Installation was delayed. This AC does not cool the room even if you keep the tamp to 18C.

Installation charges are too high. I have paid RS 3150 to install this AC. Finally it is not cost competitive as it looks.

This AC is not good for cooling It can use only for a very small area like 7*7otherwise not suitable for medium size room because it's cooling is very low.

There are people here writing about excellent features etc, NOT ONE is an actual verified buyer.I called their head office and got blunt customer service. Disconnecting my calls, not wanting to answer questions.There is no authorized dealer or showroom. They claim one showroom, and that showroom says they done have even one inverter ac on display.The helpline starts reeling off in Hindi (but they want to sell throughout the country) and when i asked if they could speak in English they just disconnected the call.I always do this. Test call before buying the product to see what the customer service will be like. And it seems not so good.
