No repair facility in india. I am not able to get my ssd problem solved/ replaced even at their service center at Hyderabad. No service center in Orissa , where I bought it.

Works equally well as a tablet and a laptop. Great for watching movies... Does the job as a laptop in terms of Word processing, Web browsing and anything else I've thrown at it

Really love this laptop, I replaced my MacBook Air 2015 with this one amazing product :-) I'm really happy with the freedom that it gives me :-)

If need windows is the most practical device you can go . Works at work home and traveling .

Despite only having the device for 2 days it is absolutely brilliant - and i still havent used the pen or keyboard (waiting for delivery off another page) from impecable delivery time to quality of the device bot outstanding. It arrived only 2 days later and was dispatched same day; about 4 hours after purchase (and it was on a Sunday). I recieved a text on my phone telling me my parcel would be deliveres the following day by DPD (a popular parcel courier in the UK) who were also brilliant as i downloaded the app and physically tracked the parcel and knew where the driver was (still debating if thats a bit creepy or not). Nevertheless the parcel arrived and was very well packaged - like a pass the parcel game - clearly the company selling the item had taken great care in ensure the device?s safety during transport. And when arrived the box itself had not even a mere impression or indentation.Now previously i had read comments everywhere saying about ?extreme severe backlight bleed? what a load of rubbish. Admittedly it is slightly visible on the bottom when a blue background is displayed behined but the taskbar hides it and it really isn?t as noticeable as some people make out to be. In fact when logging on, it actually gives a nice ambiance and fading glow. Yes i understand it is quite price but it is an amazing device and the whole ?backlight bleed? issues occurs in all IPS screens (again for people who don?t know its just the type of screen it is) and i have definatly seen worse.If anything happens which I highly - and hopefully doubt - i will be sure to edit this however so far 10/10!

Really pleased with my order of this Microsoft surface pro laptop. The touch screen works brillianty. I would say the battery doesnt last as long as I would have hoped for however, it charges quickly.

A great experience. Microsoft Surface Pro is all it claims to be. A state of the art device that is indeed a great productivity enhancer.

Some pro's and con's ? Pros 1. Excellent Display. 2. Light weight. 3. Readability on the device is good. Text are super clear. 4. Charger got an extra USB port for charging mobiles 5. Win hello sign in works flawlessly even in dark. 6. Boot up is real fast, due to ssd 7. No over heating noticed, 8.Nice touch and good looking. 9. Strong kick stand. 10. Audio is loud but normal quality. ? Cons 1. Battery backup is 5 hour 2. Lack of ports like Lan, hdmi. 3. Not confirm about service centre in India 4. Surface keyboard have to be purchased separately 5. Not able to work properly keeping it on the lap. Best way is working on a table or as a tablet in hand.

I just purchased this a couple of days ago. Pros 1. Price - got it for 51000/- (i5 7th gen, 8gb, 126gb) 2. Light weight for a full blown laptop 3. Battery 4. Screen clarity is amazing 5. Fastest device in this price segment Cons 1. App ecosystem 2. Service in India is next to nothing 3. Type cover and pen are not included ( extra 20k) Make sure model is 1796, (2017 model battery backup is good) Flipkart did an amazing job in delivering product aptly.

After 2months Surface Pro without type cover looks and like a tablet, you will need to purchase the Surface Type Keyboard (Rs 12,999 FFP Alcantara & Rs 10,999 QC Pro 4 ) for look like a laptop it is costly.

I have completed watching all 7 seasons of Game Of Thrones on this PC (1) Bright & vivid picture quality (2) Sufficient quality sound (3) Good battery back up ( I have seen 3 hours of episodes in a single run) (4) No heat up issue (5) u have to give some time to acclimate with touchscreen, after that all works smoothly (6) my 3 years old daughter loves to draw colors on touchscreens, it gives me joy when she see her fingers everytime when she changes color :-) (7) Face detection login (8) only one cons which I think is it's delicate structure, u have to take a great care of it while handling.

Using the product for more than 1 year. I use it almost everyday for more than 4 hours and no issues so far

performance is good but I would suggest not to buy this product. Microsoft doesn't have proper service center, you can't contact them. their charger is very faulty. I regret buying this.
