I am using the device for few weeks, and writing this review on it. I was looking for a light weight fast laptop for web browsing, social networking and some light work. For last 3 years, I have been carrying around a heavy laptop and got tired. This surface laptop is super light weight.Here are the pro's and con's? Pros1. Excellent Display, you cannot notice any pixels2. Light weight, my arm does not ache.3. Readability on the device is good. Text are super clear.4. Charger got an extra USB port for charging mobiles5. Surface pen for writing is super sensitive.6. Win hello sign in works flawlessly even in dark.7. Boot up is real fast, due to ssd8. No over heating noticed,9. Strong kick stand.10. Audio is loud and good.? Cons1. Battery backup is same as any ordinary laptop, 3-4 hrs, don't expect more.2. Lack of ports like Lan, hdmi.3. Able to run Dota 2 at minimum settings at 60fps4. Surface keyboard have to be purchased separately5. Not able to work properly keeping it on the lap. Best way is working on a table or as a tablet in hand.Buy the surface keyboard and surface arc mouse for best laptop experience

Best 2 in 1 device.. only for office work... not for gamers... fan less.. turn on tablet in 3 seconds thanks for ssd.. every thing is snappy fast..Surface pro 5 will ship with windows 10 pro but surface pro 6 will ship with windows 10 home this is great injustice.. table use to turn on in 5 seconds.. not made for heavy usage.Downside: type pad should purchase separatelyNo number pad in type pad, no full size keyboard,

I use this device to consume online videos, respond to emails out of office hours etc. And this has been working really well. Remember to buy the keyboard because at times you will need it to type.

Amazing speed and screen display!Surface pen is a boon for note taking in One Note app !Definitely better than a mmMac Book at a cheaper price ! Dislike:1. Less Battery backup compared to MacBook Air2. Need to buy extra costly keyboard3. Not for gamingRest all fine.... All the above points are compared to Best in class Apple Laptops so go ahead if you are confused with any other brands.

Using it since months, now reviewing, except some touch issues, everything awesome, pen is must, however, keyboard need depends on one's use ❤

I am very glad that I bought the Surface Pro and not Surface 6 Pro. Wanted the Windows 10 Pro.After 9 years I am back to Microsoft and Windows environment and I am thrilled. The tab is quick and responsive and works like a dream for my usage. I find the laptop mode with the Surface keyboard on par with MacBook Air 13" and flexibility even better. The tablet mode with Microsoft Pen is awesome.The full shut down to Restart is super quick. Pleasantly surprised.Overall a A+++Thank you Microsoft, thank you supplier and a big thank you Amazon.

So far I?m happy with this product. Screen quality and touch screen works great. Overall a good machine if you?re looking for something small and light weight.

I have purchased this working fine now the charger is not charging. It's very difficult to lodge complaint with Microsoft, I am trying since last week today got connected to Customer Care told them my problem they advised to purchase new charger through Amazon or Flipkart whereas they have service centres in Delhi but not directed to go to them and get it checked,. Service centres in Delhi not picking up as well as the seller, now I am stuck with this product. They have worst after sales service.
