Light weight and powerful

I don't know if I can find enough positive things to say about this laptop. Yes, I know that it does not have any type C USB ports let alone a single Thunderbolt 3 port, but this laptop is really the fastest, best looking, and most functional piece of hardware I've owned. Aside from my $3,000 gaming PC that I built myself, this is the fastest machine in the house. Again, it lacks in I/O, but I haven't had a need so far to plug anything into it. I bought the Surface Arc Mouse thinking that I would use it and I have only used it for a few minutes here and there. The track pad is so intuitive, accurate and responsive that I really just don't need a mouse when I use this laptop. The keyboard is AMAZING. I mainly use this for work, and I must say I have not had a more comfortable all day typing experience on ANY laptop. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who needs a lightning fast machine for work/school that can last all day under load with a killer battery, and still look amazing while doing it. I've already gotten several compliments on the look of the machine from my colleagues. Well done, Microsoft. Well done.

Love this laptop. This laptop is more for 3D printing, creating animation and other thing but if you want to play game on it I will say choice a different one

I like windows. Surface laptop is good blend of touch and performance and does great.

Beats expectations in every way. Got the i5 with 256gd ssd laptop. I was afraid of the capacity but all you need is your 1Tb cloud storage and an external or usb to store large multimedia files and you area all set. Definitely recommended for any business professional that is on the move and needs something powerful and practical.

It's been about a week since I've received the laptop and so far so good! The only gripe I have is that I would prefer a longer battery life but if the rest of the laptop is as great as it seems to be I don't mind too much. I decided to test the battery life and if its being constantly used, like watching Netflix, then in my experience the battery lasted around 5 hours.

Def pricy compared to competition, but if u want great build quality and a second to none screen and trackpad this it it. Battery could be better but the processor is snappy and the keyboard is the best. If quality is of top importance this is great.

Doesn't detach

I have no complaints about the performance of the machine - it's light, relatively durable, and able to keep up with all of the work I do. However, it's limited ports are a pain - no USB C, no HDMI, only one USB A. You're basically forced to carry a display port adapter and a USB hub with you everywhere... or spend another $250 on their Surface Dock.Also, don't forget to bring your power cable with you - you won't often be able to find a replacement. All of Microsoft's Surface products run off of different connectors/voltages/etc.

There are too many problems with this laptop. Slow, brittle, overheating and lags. The power cord never stays on (weak magnetic), so that's even more of a discomfort.

Everything about the product seems okay. However, annoyingly, they sent me a laptop with a UK keyboard rather than a US keyboard. I'll update to 5 stars when I either get replacement keys or they switch me for a new laptop with the correct keys. I will return if they cannot do so.EDIT: They were not able to get me a US keyboard. Highly recommend buying from another supplier if you are not interested in a non-standard keyboard.

BUYER BEWARE- I was really excited to receive this laptop only to discover they sent me a French laptop with a French keyboard. NO WHERE on the description did it mention it would be French and the pictures for the add show an English keyboard.

There is nothing wrong with the charger, but the computer does not charge properly and it glitches. I have not been able to charge it for weeks and this laptop is only 5 months old
