Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G User Reviews and Ratings

1 1/2 month back I bought this mobile, first month I had data connectivity issues. Other that it worked fine. Later there were no network to call or sms. When I contact the showroom and service center, they said most of the users had the same issue and all their mobiles has been replaced. So they asked to contact customer care or over online. There were no permanent solution for this, so they replaced my mobile after a week. Since I have 1 year warranty they replaced the mobile. As most of the users have issues, if I face the same issue beyond the warranty period in this new mobile, Do I need to buy a new one? If then what is the use of buying this mobile. There is no permanent solution or updates from Micromax. So I never suggest this mobile to anyone.

I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO 4G E455 2 WEEKS BACK. IN MY OPINION IT IS A GOOD PHONE AS PER MY EXPERIENCE WITH IT. THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH CAMERA RESOLUTION OR ANY BATTERY PERFORMANCE MATTER. HOWEVER I HAVE PURCHASED SMARTPHONE FIRST TIME AND I AM ENJOYING EXPERIENCE OF SMARTPHONE. HOPE THE SAME TO ALL

This phone seemed nice when i bought it as it was cheap and looked very handy, but when i updated this device it started showing an issue known as "com.android.phone" has stopped working, after that the network disappears and even if you restart your phone it wont come back. After formatting the phone it started working again , but within 2 days the problem returned and i was unable to use the phone. I made total 12 trips to the customer care continuously for whole warranty period for 1 year and each time the customer care used to send the phone to some center office in Delhi, each time it was the same dialog the customer care used to say. The phone never recovered as after the servicing the phone used to get same problem again and again. ""One should send messages via pigeons than buying this stupid "Potato mobile"" wasted 9000 Rupees for buying this plastic garbage . The worst phone ever , after this incident i lost faith in Micromax and despise this company. They haven't yet find a fix to this issue and its good that they lost their market in the country.

I bought this phone 1 year ago & after some days i faced some network problems and i gave it to service centre and after 4 months i got it back and they said it was a new piece but without any battery screen guard .. then it was working fine for an month.. but suddenly my phone was overheated without any usage (though my phone was idle) and gave a slight crack. and i ironed my clothes many times using this mob!! And all of a sudden the main screen started cracking like anything. Now it is totally gone... worst phone ever..Micromax products are useless... please dont buy this phone.. not even fit for giving a one star rating!

I purchased this phone 8 months ago and it is at service centre for almost 4 months. I have sent the phone to service centre TWO time for the poor network reception and still the problem persists. Mircromax service and this phone both are worst when it comes to service. The phone has a problem that if the network strength is below SEVENTY%, you can make call, or receive calls. This small issue is yet not being resolved by Micromax service centre.

I brought this phone for 9500/-. It has 13MP camera which is too worst. the front camera is far better than the back camera which has a flash too. the OS hangs up when i am getting a call. i am unable to accept the urgent calls which come on my mobile. battery wise the backup is satisfactory. if at all any one wants to purchase this mobile i would like to suggest them not to buy this phone and if at all micromax people offer me for a replacement of this phone with any other phone i would happily exchange it with he new one. finally please dont buy this worst phone from micromax.

Nice deal for a 4G device. Loved it Camera which is far better than even moto G4 plus which is nearly twice its cost. Battery thing sucks but not an issue as it common problem with every smartphone these days. Nice display and its better that it can't update to Nougat for it crashes every device. Heating problem is there which happens more often in summers. Volte service would have made it one of the best.
