Well, at first I thought this phone wasn't very good, as everyone used to say so, but I've been mislead. After I bought it, I finally realized how good this phone was. This is really great, to be honest.

Its a good device for us at a region able price . it has a better touch and better Camera with Ultimate Feature..............

I AM USING THIS FOR THE LAST ONE WEEK BUT THE BATTERY DISCHARGE IS VERY HIGH AND IT IS NOT GETTING CONNECTED TO 3G NETWORK - BECOMING VERY DIFFICULT TO HANDLE THIS PHONE. IF ANY ADVICE / SUGGESTIONS FOR BETTER UTILIZATION OF THIS INSTRUMENT IS HIGHLY SOLICITED G G RAO

Write your review here (required) I have purchased this on 15 Mar, 14 and received on 24 Apr, 14, opened it after 2 days as i was nt in the town, once i opened it, i was shocked to see that the charger was not there and even the seal was broken, i raised this issue to Micromax (on 27 Apr, 14) and followed up on 01 May,14 but there is no reply. I called them many a times as well but till Today there is no solution. I asked them to replace it with the new one or else return my money back and called on there store number as well but always heard only one thing that kindly send us an email but they don't reply to the emails i believe. Later on i asked them to provide the higher authority contact/email details then they said they have forwarded my case to them (on 11 May,14) but didn't provide any complaint number and till now there is no response so please advise anybody how i can get them in the Court as i have all the records with me. Advise not to purchase any hand set of MICROMAX as this is not at all a TRUSTABLE company. Consider : Why did you choose this rating ? What did you like or dislike? Who would you recommend this product to?

I had bought the Micromax Canvas Knight on the day it was launched.The delivery too was prompt and while unboxing the phone i was really impressed at the overall look and feel of the phone. It does look like a mix between the Sony Xperia and the iphone. But thats where the feel good factor ended!! After inserting the Sim and making the first call i realised the phone had a defective speaker.I couldnt make calls from my brand new phone. So as any concerned user i call the service centre and they tell me it will be replaced ,but upon going there i am told they have a seven day policy to replace phones and since i had come after that it wont be replaced.I am asked to leave my new phone that would now be sent to the factory to be repaired. Now let me tell about the service centre (malviya nagar) .When i entered the shady looking centre ,one customer was already arguing loudly with the service centre employee and they were at the brink of coming to blows!!!! I ignored it thinking it was a one off case but to my amazement in the next 2 hours that i spent there i saw numerous such cases with customers literally pleading for their phones to be returned even if not repaired ,but just give them their phones.Ohh btw micromax does not provide replacement phones for phones given for repair .If you dont believe me, please visit micromax's page on FB and linkedin .You might find a few of the numerous complaints made by me too. Finally i decided not to hand over my phone and somehow get the head office to call this service centre so that my phone is repaired in a single visit since it was a minor issue. Now when i visited the second time, the same service centre,same angry customers but somehow my phone was repaired.On being handed my repaired phone i promptly checked it ,made a few calls and lastly asked the micromax's employee to show that it was charging properly. I was shocked to find that my two week old phone ,newly repaired phone, now wasnt charging properly .The employee said the IC was short and he didnt have the parts for it. he noted the IMEI numbers and said ill be called when the parts arrive.Its been over a month and i am still waiting a call!! If you want a cheap copy ,want to experience extreme frustration and anger while dealing with rude employees please buy this phone ,otherwise please please please dont go for a micromax. PS : This phone has no good quality body covers available or scratch guards ,just pathetic !

i use this phone from last 2months.i have no problem about canvas knight.its super phone.best processor,best speed,best camera,best look.1.7ghz processor,octo corer front camera is also best, i alwage use net but no any prob for down loading or browsing.battery back is good.best hd recording,smooth screen ,both side glass,but heating prob while i shoot with flash.custmor service is good.power buttan place is not ok.overall phone is best.i suggest my all friend to buy this phone.

A good phone if you look at the specs. 2Ghz octa core/ 2GB RAM. However the performance is nothing more than good quadcore device. The biggest fail is the battery life. Design is new with a mix of xperia and iphone. Would've been a good deal had it ugraded its android and with better camera.

the major issue with the device is it's over heating too much .and service of service centers is like ...... @#%$%@#$ ........ i through out this phone in dustbin. never suggest to any one to buy this @#@$@# phone .

i agree this phone will work good for month or 2 but near to 1 year this phone will work like worst phone. battery doesn't work. GPS sucks, once you drop your phone back cover will be broken, service center of micromax clearly sucks. and most importantly i invested 5000 rs to fix my phone within 1 year i mean now you got my point if not try yourself.

issue with camera it stuck on some moments. Bluetooth connectivity for headphone is not good it breaks, I don't have USB cable as service center need 10 working days to change the USB cable, so i cant use it because my mobile is dead. good only on paper, as per me go for a brand name not cheap services. 2 out of 10 for it .Sourabh Soni

I have purchase this micromax A350 Canvas knight but disappointed with it total waste of money. Hang is the first problem i face after 5 days of purchase. after 2 months screen stop working sometime. Some how i manage but it permanently stop after 15 more days. When i get it back from service center problem is of battery start they first replace touch panel and then battery. after it heat problem still in phone and sometime hang. Now again screen stop working. It produce access heat on continues use of 1 hr effect start on 15 minutes. Suggest you not to purchase.

At starting there was power/volume keys problem and it took 15 days to get it repaired. Recently, a week ago, rear camera stropped working. I have given it to authorised service center (Chandigarh) on 26-09-2014 but its still pending due to unavailability of part. its been 15 days almost but service center is saying that it will take 20 days more to get the part delivered. %0a%0aI am very disappointment with service.%0a%0aI WILL SUGGEST Never buy any MICROMAX PRODUCT.%0a%0aVERY POOR SERIVCES.%0a%0a

I want to bring to the notice of all concerned that the Micromax service centres are poor, highly non-cooperative and same is the case of the Company. I wasted 14000/ for micromax phone and now thrown in to garbage. Even wrote to company. Very very bad service and highly un-professional. I think no one is satisfied with Micromax. I will never buy Micromax in future.

Amazon delivery timelines are beyond superb...phone is great for a non gamer has some heating issues but not really a that severe for a non gamer!!
