Micromax Canvas 2 (2017)

Micromax is playing on nostalgia by reusing the Canvas 2 name. However, this new model has nothing in common with the original. It's all plastic and looks good, but its material quality, specifications and features are no match for Chinese competitors at the same price level. Battery life is weak and charging takes several hours. The camera can perform well only if conditions are favourable. The biggest letdown is that despite running on Android 7.0, this phone's custom skin is buggy and delivers spam notifications. It's safe to avoid this trip down memory lane.
