The piece which i bought from The Mobile Store had defect in glass touch panel which was sticking out of the handset. took it to micromax care. They tried to rectify it but couldnt. They gave DOA and told me to return the phone to the vendor and get myself a new one. The service was awesome. The phone has good features but a serious issue is lack of GPS.

I bought it as a gift but it turned out such an embarrassing thing for me. Within couple of months the phone motherboard had to be changed and after that 3G never worked only in spite of giving it for several repairs. The service center is full of complains and plus their unsatisfactory job. This is my first and last micromax product.

A smart budget friendly phone with average features. 1GHz cortex A9 dual core processor with G-sensor for almost smooth multi tasking. 4.5 inch TFT super sensitive touchscreen is good. Decent storage and camera for the given price. Best suited for those consumers who are upgrading to a smartphone for the first time.

I have purchased this phone on 24.05.2014. On 08.06.2014 i have facing the problem of call receiving and dialing, that is when i receive a call, ringtone buzzes but i cant talk to anyone, and when i dial a number no ringtone sound can listen. Just gone to Micromax care and they replace the speaker telling that the speaker is gone. But not the problem is the sound when talking to anyone on dialing and receiving the sound is so noisy and trebling. Its not because of network. signal in my area is very good. Today I have faced another problem that is after a period of 1 hr , all the contact list on my phone (which are on my sim) not shown and after rebooting the phone all the contacts shown. Why this is happening ? Now I am not satisfied with this model. I have to tell that the video recording is good. Camera is also good. Battery is draining very fast. as 1800 mAh . on downloading software it runs slow.
