Customer service is worst. The inner cloth filter is of worst quality. They charge a lot for a piece of plastic.

Don't buy any product of marQ Brand, I have complaint about some fault in washing machine on 21 August 2020 but now they said they don't have spare parts we have to get it repaired from local market, Its very worst experience I have found today, If you don't have ability to give warranty then why you people make us fool by writing warranty over it... Guys please don't waste your money, If I am not getting repaired then I will use this machine as a dustbin & shared publically so that everyone can aware of this product.

It is not fully automatic because you need to do it manually when comes to wash and then rinse and then spin . They dont have option in 6.5 kg where it automatically washes your clothes then rinse and spin .. brought it by just looking at the title and now i am helpless .. becuse flipkart will not exchange and upgrade to another model . ... This product just worked for 8 months and now it has stopped working ? Do not buy it

Worst product ever I have seen. It is not working properly. Vibrating horribly even after repairing. There is no proper support when there is issue. Regret so much for buying this product.

Its a waste product .. Don't buy it... Waste of money... After 1weeks of using .. Its making sounds like stones inside washing machine... I never excepted tht flipkart will cheat people like this... Don't buy it
