I just purchase an Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV from Flipkart.com(Order ID OD123044256514338000) on 07th Oct. 2021, they don't install it till date, and even not return my money back. Please do the needful.

The fridge has a great design and it works well, without any problems. It is quite spacious. I like the way they delivered the fridge, they unboxed it for us and it was all contact less. I have ordered from Flipkart many times and I will totally order more. Because the company has deserved a positive reputation for years.

At this price range this is the best big size refrigerator... But only problem is that freezer space is more in this model... If there is some more refrigerator space it would be even better.. And there is no light in the freezer compartment

Great design...excellent delivery...awesome refrigerator but then comes installation part....installation was done after 7 days..still ok considering festive season but then the installation person didn't knew anything about the product...he was their only to click photograph of slno and bill......he only forwarded a whatsapp video of a product and that was also some other product...0 star for installation guy

Looks good. But only one minus point of this refrigerator is bottom freezer have not light.

Awesome friz, everything is ok , best look , fast cooling . Only one dought if company not give service in feature then it's big problem. Otherwise everything excellent, go for parchage , I brought it's last week

The refrigerator was delivered in stellar condition, but the installation was troublesome as it was scheduled 3 days later and since the person didn't attend calls, several phone calls later finally it did get installed. Pros :- The functions are smooth Adequate cooling Not so bad to look at No ice freezing problem Minimal sound Cons :- The doors feel lighter compared to other brands No light in the freezer portion, even though separate doors are there. So basically we have to open the top portion before opening freezer in night. Would have been better if the ratio was 70:30 for fridge/freezer

Try to do fast installation process.....it take 7 to 10 days for installation..

Simple fridge, with good storage, takes a lot of place, Non convertible facility in fridger Delivery by e-kart was very good, So poor installation service. Though U don't need them , as they don't know any thing, manuals are enough. Just clicking pictures for their service is their work and interested in selling stabilizers . Good in price and within this range a spacious fridge, Though not well designed in storage area of fridge. A very big fridger , with very silent operation

9 Days Review - Shipment came super fast in 3 days - Installation same day - Installation tech untrained. - 3 rd day cooling deteriorated complained logged. - Tech came same day again no clue and untrained. - Tech requested to wait for another 10 hrs for compressor show its effect. - 4 th day cooling improves but tech not arrived intstead made a call to close complaint. - 5 th day cooling is at par..... call closed. Zest - Jeeves which gives service support is too bad in small towns, might be better in big towns. Though promptness Is still there. So many days after purchase has been traumatic. Product is good but if need service too bad I will go for a brand like LG Samsung etc in future...of course cost is also a factor
