I have faced power on issues within 3 months , i informed that nearby service center.. More 10 days to rectify.. they told we don't have the software for the most model tv's .. So they suggested to replace the main board.. still in progress .. A New TV am facing issue.. please Don't buy this product...

Buyed before 6months tv is not working that all,if I contact service centre they won't respond,from 2 week they r telling same we will come on next week next week,15days over they dint come till,waste of money please don't buy this company tv

I purchased Llyod TV 32HS301B on 5th May 2021 from the local dealer.From the date of purchase onwards I am facing problems with the TV. 1. Initially Amazon Prime was not working for 15 days when the person came to check he said it is a server issue and left. 2. After 5 days one more technician came and resolved the problem of Amaozon prime. 3. After that new problem arrived wifi will connect but shows no internet. Then I tried with mobile data that also showed same problem. Then again I logged a complaint Then after 3 days technician come to home and resolved that problem. 3. Now again new problem arrange now TV gets handled regularly or automatically it restarts by it self. 4. Another problem REMOTE Sensors Hangs. When I raised a complaint on Friday they said he will come on Saturday bit no response. Again I got a call on Monday and says today I am on leave I will come on Tuesday. Worst TV AND WORTS RESPONSE. EVEN 1 STAR IS ALSO MORE

This is a must buy tv, the picture quality is awesome as compare to price even as compare to Samsung 4 Serise Full HD TV. I have both of them but this one is very good. In local store I got it in 17.5k (Pura Paisa Wasul), please go for this if you have a tight budget. Also 5yr Full warrenty not a Joke. Lloyd products are awesome.

Product all over gud and no installation team not demo given personaly pay the installation fees not support flipcard cust. Care installation & demo not given me this matter multiple call drop flipcart cust. Care but no solution

1) Awesome display (no flickering when you knock on panel) 2) Sound is good 3) Can connects to Wifi even at this price range , you cannot install new applications , tv has its own limited applications (Picasa , youtube , chrome ,music player ) 4) installation was completed after TV was delivered via Fedex. 5) 3 years warranty as compared to 1 year by other brands. During a promotion it was extended to 5 years

After one week delay i got the Tv and enjoying now. good features But playing songs from Usb is not continuous and the sound for playing movie or song from usb very less but high through cable tv.

Screen Mirroring doesn't work well.. company person said that it's manufacturing fault in all 32inch lloyed tv.

I purchased this item from flipkart on higher price in comprasion to other online side just beacuse of flipkart mentioned 5 year warrenty and free installation and demo . when i got the item no one came for demo and isnttallation after 3 days . when I gave a mised call on a mentioned a phone number ( for demo and installation ) just got auto reply message there was mentioned contact time from flipkart but no one has contacted on that time so I have insttaled it own my exepenses . This again increased cost of product . there was no shipment tracking so i couldnt trace where is my product location acctually, packing was third class ..

Never buy this it is cheap after 1-2 years the board will corrupt and when u call customer care they will charge 700 visiting fees which is too high and borad cost is 5000 total loss of money it will only work good 2-3 years maximum

TV is gud but Lloyd service is worst. It's been a month and there is no demo done yet. Neither flipkart nor dealer worked on that. But I must say, flipkart is best in terms of delivering things.

Earlier I thought to buy this product via flipkart, but now I shall buy this product from market as it's 2300expensive at flipkart

The TV was delivered with in 2 days, however the installation didn't happen as per the schedule date. When company personnel came for installation it was found that wifi is not working, the person told us that in this model all TV has same issue when we insisted for replacement of new TV. He finally agreed to replace a board with free of cost. Flip cart should take necessary action on the seller. However all other features are good for the money Flipkart is not like earlier days, they are big cheaters, it's more than a month the issue is not yet resolved
