• SERVICE IS WORST/Power On issues

  I have faced power on issues within 3 months , i informed that nearby service center.. More 10 days to rectify.. they told we don't have the software for the most model tv's .. So they suggested to replace the main board.. still in progress .. A New TV am facing issue.. please Don't buy this product...

    I brought a 65 inch Lloyds TV , product is not worth . advise not to buy for price sake. horrible after service. customer care not helpful and service technicians dont come . pathetic service

  Buyed before 6months tv is not working that all,if I contact service centre they won't respond,from 2 week they r telling same we will come on next week next week,15days over they dint come till,waste of money please don't buy this company tv

  I purchased Llyod TV 32HS301B on 5th May 2021 from the local dealer.From the date of purchase onwards I am facing problems with the TV. 1. Initially Amazon Prime was not working for 15 days when the person came to check he said it is a server issue and left. 2. After 5 days one more technician came and resolved the problem of Amaozon prime. 3. After that new problem arrived wifi will connect but shows no internet. Then I tried with mobile data that also showed same problem. Then again I logged a complaint Then after 3 days technician come to home and resolved that problem. 3. Now again new problem arrange now TV gets handled regularly or automatically it restarts by it self. 4. Another problem REMOTE Sensors Hangs. When I raised a complaint on Friday they said he will come on Saturday bit no response. Again I got a call on Monday and says today I am on leave I will come on Tuesday. Worst TV AND WORTS RESPONSE. EVEN 1 STAR IS ALSO MORE

• This is a Must Buy TV with Full HD quality with this price

  This is a must buy tv, the picture quality is awesome as compare to price even as compare to Samsung 4 Serise Full HD TV. I have both of them but this one is very good. In local store I got it in 17.5k (Pura Paisa Wasul), please go for this if you have a tight budget. Also 5yr Full warrenty not a Joke. Lloyd products are awesome.
