Horrible product

This My new AC it's been hardly for 4 days I have installed it and it's not working.... I have asked to replace it but they are not ready too,,, sending their technician several times to find the issue,,, don't buy electronics online,,, they give you for a discounted price and this comes out I. Return.. Horrible service not happy at all
