ac is very good but dont cheat the consumer as it is mentioned that installation is free but at the time of installation it is charged so a very poor means of cheating the consumer

AC is good in cooling but we have got scratched peace. and it takes. more electric expenses.

My AC installed by Jeeves (flipkart authorised), they have not installed properly there slope isse and water accumulated inside the AC. I have requested to reinstaltion but they denied I have called Lloyd customer care, they sent technician and they are charging 1200 for reinstallation (standard installation charges is 700.00). Lloyd customer care also not supporting to rectify the problem. Bad services by jeeves and Lloyd service technician.

My mobile no also block by customer care team so I am unable to contact flipkat.I am not happy from flipkart and never recommend to purchase from flipkart.. We have received 1.5 ton lloyd window ac without remote and warrantee card also.i m waiting for it from one month but customer care giving new date every time. I m facing lot of problems for installation also . Nobody is not coming also. I waiting for refund also. we r disturbed by customer care they gave me new date every time for installation our ac but not solve my problem. I never recommend to purchase any item from flipkart.
