Hi all, I just received Lloyd AC, and its working superb, get whole room cool in just 3 to 5 min, less noise in indoor and outdoor unit. some people talks that dont buy from online any type of AC, but today i feel that you can buy it. don't wait, just go for it. Pathetic AC's and even worse customer care. Have hardly used the Ac and water keeps leaking. No cooling. Don't waste ur money

Hey Guys I would like to rate this product 4 and 1/2,why am keeping 1/2 of the rating in my kitty that also has to be clarify,That only because the lloyd service guys never follow up for the service part. Else this product is awesome.

Performance in terms of cooling is good but some drawbacks are also there. There are no Swing preset positions and every time when you switch on the unit, louvers will open fully and you have to set them again as per requirement. Noise of the indoor and outdoor unit is quite on a higher side compared to my earlier Voltas unit.

Purchased on 02 May 15. Not as Good looking as shown in the image, may be due to the company labels attached to it. Color is also yellowish as compared to image. Cooling is pretty good, even when I have not got it serviced for 4 months. Customer care is not responsive and you need to wait a long time for your chance to come. Cant comment on service as not got it services till now. This product worth the money it costs.

I purchased this AC seeing copper compressor and affordable price but what is the use of all this when the AC does not COOL and the Customer Service is not reahable. LLOYD's Customer Care is pathetic to say the least. They are not reachable via toll free numbers, App or web portal. There area Service Managers in Delhi are rude and non-cooperative. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.

Buy AC from showroom. These guys are cheats. I have bought this AC this had a prblem so returned with in 30 days after that they sent another AC i am not sure s that new but using it. Still have the same problem but tried to replace with 30days they sent a enginner after 30days and they said the product is good. I am not able to fix it even with lloyd as i am not sure r the engineers coming from direct lloyd. And do they have a Authorized services center and service persons.
