Very good product

Delivery was good.Installation was good.Product is good. Able to just put in the clothes and take out once it is washed and dried. Although it takes more than 3.5 hours approximately for washing drying cycle together.There is an app also which notifies when the cycle is over .

Machine vibrates at 1400 rpm spin

An excellent machine. The clothes come out 80% dry during the usual washing/spinning. The dryer function is ideal during rains for a few clothes like 2 large double bed sheets along with 2 -3 large towels. The clothes come out BONE-DRY and needs just a minute's airing under the fan for cooling before storing in the cup board.. But the washing /spinning/drying function if used takes over 4 hours and power consumption will be high. But ideal for use in an emergency.

Washing machine is a boon for places with high humidity throughout the year and also for people who just want to forget after feeding the machine with dirty linen. Read instructions for using the machine carefully and it will give you absolutely crisp and dry clothes. Though the washing and drying function takes a long time upto 4 hrs but that amount of time is required. Those who have used a standalone drier know it well.

We've been using this specific model for little over 7 months now, operate twice a week and very happy with the purchase. It's very simple and easy instructions and specific predefined settings allows, even over 70 years old is able to use this product without any issues. Hope this review helps!

For the price the machine should be supplied with a protective cover FOC.

The machine looks good. However, the clothes don?t come out 100% dry. The demo by the Company?s technician was deplorable. He was not aware of many features & was not in a position to clarify many doubts. For eg. how do you run only the Dry function. The back up from the Call Centre was disgusting.This is a high end machine with many interesting features. However, the demo & service back up needs to be of a high level too.Can Amazon intervene to help? Thanks!!

Why overall rating poor? Because of utter casual and irresponsible response from LG on confirming the warranty obligation.BE CAREFUL while going for the 2+1 Years warranty as shown on Amazon page. The whole idea seems to sell you the product and then feign ignorance of warranty terms. So when the time comes there would no Mai Baap to take care of your break down and other then showing your helpless face your would not have any proof of their undertaking.I am a very seasoned and senior person writing this for young people to caution them for ensuring proper service contract by LG. In this case so far LG has not responded to my requests ( 15 days I bought the product). Still hopeful...

Dryer is not good. Takes long time and elastic material is getting damaged when dryer is used

LG SERVICE CENTRE- PATHETIC SERVICE, ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONPurchased this April, started having problem since August and since then it is not in working condition. Over a month LG service centre has not been able to get it fixed. They are running out of excuses, spoke to so many heads and even they all are least concerned about get issues resolved. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to but LG products because of Pathetic service from their department.

Bought one last week. Manual not explaining many things. Requested for demo again...the service center guy says it's chargeable!!!!Many functions, even these guys are not aware of. Better to stay away from this product.Drying is not adequate.
