Firstly, the usual praise applies . Price was good. Delivery was super fast and hassle free. However, after this, called the LG customer care and got to know installation "charges" would come upto rs.505 since i bought it from flipkart/online shop. I had planned to take up additional warranty and thus required a technician from LG to discuss on it. Once he arrived and finished the installation/demo, he said that since the product was bought from flipkart, NO WARRANTY would apply whatsoever. thats right, not even the 2 years warranty shown in product page. When i argued on the same, they said take it up with flipkart. I was compelled to buy Lg's AMC so that atleast some form of product protection is provided for. Now, coming to Flipkart's (non-existent)customer service. I've "contacted" them , mailed them to no avail. They do not have the deceny to respond nor to contact me by mail/phone. All my doubts and queries regarding above situation remain unanswered. The least they can do is display that NO WARRANTY would apply loud and clear on product page. The machine is nodoubt very good. But request potential buyers to get flipkart "assurance"(if u can) before proceeding to buy. 5stars for the machine.

Good Product, Got it for around 4000 rs less than retail market, Thanks and Kudooss to Flipkar. Worth buying this mechine.. minimum Noise at spin, user frendly.

An excellent product with no issues at all the two years I've been using it. Bought it during The Big Billon Days 2015 or 2016 at a good price of around 23k.

Delivery was on time. Installation and demo done by third party (Jeeves) person,not from LG, was disappointing. He did not know much about the product and was interested in selling locally made accessories. Installation check sheet was not filled and no dealer stamp put on warranty card which is must according to LG . Not sure if LG authorized service center shall entertain warranty claim and/or provide repairs. Tried to contact flipkart but did not get any response. We read user manual to understand functioning and controls. Machine is doing its job well.

its a descent product..... Flipkart delivery was super fast, dey took less than 24hrs to deliver. Coming to washing machine, its a big one consumes lot of water in auto mode, need to configure it manually to lessen consumption of water. Overall its an average product.

Received the machine about 20 days back. Worked fine when installed by the technician. After a while it started developing snag. The softener is never dispensed from the dispenser. When contacted LG customer care, the arranged for the service. The technician visits and says, "ye tho aise hi kaam karega". My question is when it works without a softener dispenser when why do we have to invest 26k and purchase this machine? There're plenty available in the market for under 15k which nicely dispense the softener. Requested a return. Flipkart executive calls and says, "When the technician said wo aise hi kaam karega" then we'll not be able to initiate a replacement. Flipkart are you kidding? One simply doesn't invest 26k rupees on a product which doesn't work as per the standards. Its a zero star from me for the kind of product you sold me and the kind of service given by your executive. Looking forward for replacement of the product.
