Got this at deal price of 19k at freedom sale so definitely value for money. This model is best amongst 7kg range of LG with all features-trust me 2 months of reviews and research ended with this purchase. Consumes low energy with little or no noise . Don't know what went bad with others but i find LG best in class. An American brand known for service. Installation and demo by LG was done within few hours of delivery. Technician was confident with knowledge and polite by nature. Comes with two years complete warranty which can be extended further 3yrs with INR3000. Covers free half yearly mantainence and parts replacement. Motor however has ten year replacements.

Water consuption is very high. Rinsing process is doing for very few minutes like 1-2 min only but during this period very high water consuption. Overall it looks very nice.

Jet spray is not working as its name "jet". It is like water drop with glass from some height. Why company provided it, i dont know. I think It is useless. Pls dont purchase machine with jet spray and save your money. Balance perfomance of machine is very good.

The jet spray is just a show off, LG claims it doesn't require manual cleaning but in real , this jet spray is just to increase the price of the product nothing else, worst technology. As well it doesn't clean as required, charging higher than other brands but not providing satisfaction, then why should one go for LG ? Only for brand value? Also it fails to remove the surf from your clothes, never buy this model.

Behavior of LG staff is not good. That think they are the God.Installation and demo is not good at all.Issue no.1. The person come for the installation doesn't knows about the product that's why he was saying you have to run the machine in this mode only.If we have to run it in normal mode only than why company is providing other models that is not good at all.That's means LG is not giving training to his employees how to give demo.2.He was not able to fix the drain pipe of the machine.And the reason given o my family is the height is more. The water can cane back in machine. And left the drain pipe on bathroom door.That's drain pipe is plastic which can be cut by knife or by simple saw. And that person was not interested to give the solution and try to sale his other products like stand and cover.Before this LG product. I have bought 3 machines from ifb for me and my other family members and demo installation of ifb is why why ahead than LG.Also the product of IFB is much suppirior then LG.I had make a mistake but you can avoid.Please choose other than LG.
