LG and Flipkart stuck to the timeliness in terms of delivery timelines. Though there was a delay of one day because of rains. Coming to washing machine. It is good and serves the purpose to its entirety. My last LG machine ran for 8 years. Hopefully this gives the same life as well.

I DID NOT BUY THE WASHING MACHINE FROM FLIPKART. BUT I HAD TRIED TO READ SOME USEFUL REVIEWS ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEFORE BUYING. VERY FEW REVIEWS WERE THERE. COMING TO THE REVIEW PROPER.... THE PRODUCT IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. HAD DECIDED TO GO IN FOR AN IFB MACHINE, BUT WENT IN FOR A LG MACHINE BECUASE OF THE DIRECT DRIVE TECHNOLOGY. LET ME TELL YOU, THE DIRECT DRIVE IS AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY NIL NOISE DURING WASH AND RINSE CYCLES. YOU CANNOT NOTICE THE NOISE EVEN WHEN THE MACHINE IS ROTATING AT 1200 RPM. WASHING PERFORMANCE IS ALSO SUPERB. USES VERY LESS WATER AS WELL. I HAVE CONNECTED THE MACHINE WITH A 200 LTR WATER TANK AT A HEIGHT OF 7 FT FROM THE WASHING MACHINE, THROUGH A 'ILYAN' SLEF PRIMING AUTOMATIC PUMP, WHICH I BOUGHT FOR FOR Rs 2500 ONLY. WORKS LIKE A BREEZE. GIVES ADEQUATE WATER PRESSURE FOR THE MACHINE TO OPERATE. IF YOUR WATER TANK IS MORE THAN A HEIGHT OF 15 FT FROM THE WASHING MACHINE, YOU DO NOT NEED THE PUMP. NO CONS ACTUALLY , EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE DISPLAY COULD HAV BEEN MADE MORE APPEALING BY A TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY. BUT THEN THAT'S NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MACHINE'S PERFORMANCE. OVERALL A GREAT GREAT PRODUCT....

Very good product from LG and equally good delivery by flip kart. Installation was done by Jeeves and not lg. Installation service was prompt. The installation person was not so aware about the product and was unable to explain any features. He forgot to install the rat cover in the machine.

Silent Operation, Quick Dry, Nice music while stoping. 7KG dosent looks like the machine can hold 7 kgs as we had the similar one before it was way bigger for 6kg which is stil a puzzle. Rest is all awesome..Flipkart as always rocks in delivery and exchange. Best buy, Just Buy!!!!

I just bought this, and had some trial loads, it runs amazingly quiet, you wont feel like something is running there! No sound, and technology is awesome!! I love it :-)

The delivery of flipkart is very good as usual, they took it to second floor without knowing me and I was surprised to see it right on my doorstep. The product is also I feel very good, I have done 3 washes till now, I feel the rinse is excellent. I also feel it would be better if LG gives more attention to the extension of inlet an outlet pipes

Very compact, almost no noise, most intelligent features, fully satisfied.

So far so good... I'm satisfied with the machine it super cleans white color cotton and Lenin shirts. One con's is it make lot of sound when spinning.

Excellent product worth buying

I brought this machine after many research from LG showroom in Bangalore, product is excellent as it does not make any noise during wash no vibration. Wash quality is awesome. I decently recommend this product in case if you are looking for excellent product. Brought it for 37500 with one year free insurance from LG for physical damage and theft...

We had been using Whirlpool 7KG SUD701 Front load from 8 years and it worked well until it's belt came off and had become noisy over years. also the drum started making noise.I opened it up and investigated. I bought spare belt (though incredibly difficult to find spare parts) and put it on the wheel. It started working but the rattling sound didn't go. I thought i could replace the bearings but it was too daunting a task. Thought it's time to buy new Washing machine.It had to be Front Load 7 Kg or more, that was easy decision for obvious reasons. I stumbled across IFB (Aqua, Senorita, Serene etc.) and Bosch and almost finalized Bosch. But then i came to know about LG Front Load with DirectDrive technology (No belt). The important things to consider are -1) Steel Drum2) Noise Level - washing and Spinning3) Belt or no Belt (Direct Drive) - This has dependency on point 2.4) Compact, Water Pressure Requirement,5) Electricity Consumption6) Wash Style and Wash OptionsEven though it tad costlier than 7KG Bosche and IFB I had to go for DirectDrive. Just Love it! primarily because it is incredibly silent even during spin cycle. And it has Steel Drum.

This machine does good cleaning.It has a vast variety of pre designed programs for each type of load.Be it your daily laundry, baby clothes, to heavy laundry.Sophisticate product. Good finish.It is not that heavy, one person can move the machine from one place to another by dragging.But you will require assistance for lifting it in case you are shifting.I will suggest a bigger machine for more than 5 users.But it is quite enough for family of 4.
