  The product from LG is very good. I chose this product after a lot of research. The product was delivered on time & demo was also done the very next day as per committed timeline by flipkart. The delivery staff was very courteous. Only point I want flipkart to consider is their return/exchange policy. The same product when I ordered considering exchange of old machine, the person who came for delivery saw some minor rusting on the bottom side & rejected the return piece. He didn't deliver the new one as well & went away without giving any information. I had to call customer care & was asked to cancel the order & place new order without exchange option. Checking exchange items like mobile for scratch and all is OK, but checking home appliances like washing machine for minor scratch & rust is too much, that too when the exchange offered on a working machine is only Rs. 2000. Also flipkart is unnecessarily making customer to cancel orders when the exchange item does not adhere to their so called policy...

  Drum is huge compare to other models in the same segment. wash is also nice and met my expectations. however, noise level during spin/drain is bit high which could have minimized
