I am writing this review after 3weeks of experience.It is one of the best washing machines, bought from Pai Int'l.It's very quite, consumes less energy.Washing quality is superb, with Direct Drive Inverter technology washing made easy.This machine has lots of features including smart diagnostic where you can show your smartphone in front of your WM . This WM is robust & reliable.Excellent service from LG.

This is a very good machine - if the size fits your needs, I can recommend you blindly buy it! We bought it as a replacement for our 10-year old LG 7.5 kg front loading machine (using Amazon's exchange scheme), and we can clearly see how technology has progressed. The machine is a super performer - very effective, having great useful and practical features (e.g., anti-rat cover at the bottom, resume after power cut), and moreover it's much more silent than the older belt technology (this one uses Direct Drive). All this of course backed by the top-notch LG service that is unmatched in India! You can buy it without giving it a second thought!

Smooth and silent in running

We have been using the washing machine for past 4 months. It is value for money buy. Very rugged. We had also used heavy clothes to wash.

Really happy with the purchase so far. Been using it for 3 months. Works more quitely than my last machine. Also less prone to load imbalnce which would make my last machine move all about the bathroom floor. Keeping my fingers crossed

After searching and comparing in between LG, Bosch & IFB Top Load or a Front Load, I think we made a good choice to buy this product. Feels a bit high on the maintenance part but let's see how worth it is going forward. Flipkart did a really good job in delivering this product flawlessly and arranging the demo and installation on the next day itself.
