  i happy with my purchase on flipkart as usual but this time delivery made by third party courier service by GATI is pathetic they take more than a week then i called the customer care and tracking shows gurgoan to delhi to ambala to chandigarh i thought it will be coming to my home but surprise next day i see chandigarh to ambala went back GATI is also worse i called them 4 times when assured delivery date was gone they it will deliver by morning then again callled they said it will delivered in afternoon but nothing happened then again i called at 6pm they said we have service till 7pm it will be delivered but nothing happened again made me a fool .next day i made a complaint at GATI AND IT WAS DELIVERD IN AFTERNOON AFTER 2PM . I DONT WANT TO RATE DOWN ANYTHING ........PRODUCT IS GOOD CONDITION IN A VERY GOOD PACKING JUST DONT USE THESE CHEATERS LIKE GATI . FROM ME FLIPKART 10/10 ,PACKING 10/10 ,PRODUCT CONDITION 10/10, GATI COURIER( 3RD PARTY) 6/10

  I heartly thankful toflipkart tht they work on my issue n give their best results.They prove tht their return n refund policy are not fake.flipkart solve my issue by taking back tht worse product n refund my money.I 'm very happy tht by their true refund n return policy i get my desired product and tht is also from flipkart.l completely trust on flipkart for their best services..And in future i keep continue shopping on flipkart.In last butnot least a big Thanks to flipkart.so keep shopping from flipkart they are true n trustable
